I. Acceptance and availability of the General Conditions
By accepting the General Conditions, you state that:
You are a person of the legal age and with the necessary legal capacity to hire the service or, in the case, that you have your legal guardian's authorisation to do so.
You have read, understood and accepted the general conditions.
II. Contracting of the service
The enrolment fee is annual.
New student enrolment: € 45.
Enrolment renewal: € 30 (maximum 18 months off).
Annual fee for material: € 12 (this fee may vary depending on the year).
At the time of enrolling, students must pay the enrolment fee and provide us with their bank details.
Once enrolment has been paid for, the money will not be refunded.
The first fee will be paid at the time of enrolling; the following ones will be consecutive.
Monthly instalments will be charged between the 1st and 5th of the current month.
Monthly instalments will be from September to May.
Any delay in the payments will mean a 5% surcharge.
In the event of default, the school reserves the right to disenroll the student automatically.
Returned standing orders must be paid with the corresponding €7.5 for bank charges and within a maximum period of 10 days. Otherwise, the student will be disenrolled.
Students who, for personal reasons, cannot attend the course for 2 or 3 months, will have to pay a maintenance fee of €10 per month.
Students with the intentions to change their payment method will need to notify the school 15 days in advance.
Students who intend to disenroll must expressly communicate it to the school.
Non-attendance will not be understood as the student's cancellation. Therefore, the unattended classes will continue being charged normally until we are directly notified of the cancellation, and the school reserves the right to claim the amount at all times.
Classes that students lose for reasons beyond the school will not be deducted from the course fee or either recovered. Local and national holidays will not be considered recoverable days.
To form a group, a minimum of 4 people is required, being 8 the maximum amount of people allowed in young and adult groups.
In order to form a kids group, a minimum of 6 people is required. The maximum for this kind of group is 12 students.
Paid fees will be not refunded.
Being three days left to the beginning of the course, in the case that the minimum number of students established to form a group has not been reached, in order to guarantee the service, Lingo Món reserves the right to change hours and length of classes according to the number of the current students attending. However, Lingo Món undertakes to return to the original timings of the group if during the course the number of attendees increases until reaching the minimum of students stipulated.
If, during the course, any group consisting of 4 students is reduced, the rest of the group will have to pay the necessary fee to cover the amount corresponding to 4 students. Otherwise, the course can be cancelled or reduced by class hours.
The maximum number of students per class is 8 in young people and adults and 12 in Kidz. In exceptional cases of force majeure, this number may vary slightly.
The same teacher cannot be guaranteed throughout the whole course.
III. Teaching material
For the best performance of the classes, and whenever the teacher considers it appropriate, the students will have to acquire the study books corresponding to their course and level, which will be charged to them apart.
When subscribing, the students manifest their agreement with the general conditions.
